8 pack of 90 min Distance Reiki

You will receive 8 separte 90 min distance Reiki sessions within a one week period. The most popular days for packs are Monday/Wednesday or Friday. But of course I will contact you for the best dates and times that are ideal for you. Once your schedule times are complete. I will seal the tool used for your personal distance session and mail it to you. You may keep it on your alter or plant it since it is made of seed paper.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

The word Reiki is made from two Japanese words. Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki simply is "spiritually guided life force energy."

Does distance Reiki really work?

Yes, of course! People often report the positive effects of distance Reiki. They also feel the same types of sensations in a distance Reiki session as they do when the Reiki practitioner is right in the same room with them. I’m personally trained in distance Reiki and is the focus of my Reiki practice as a Master Reiki Practitioner.

What do I receive in a distance Reiki Session?

Each client will receive a special sealed seed paper envelope that fits in the palm of their hands. This is the tool from your session sealed. If you choose to just take an intro session. It will be mailed to you after our session.  You can then plant it and it can grow on your journey. Instructions will be included which are printed on plantable seeded paper as well. Love the earth that holds us. 

If you choose a longer session package:  3 sessions in a week, weekly sessions or a monthly package.  Your special seed paper will have a sacred sealed home in my personal altar for safe keeping in between sessions. When all sessions have been completed. It shall be sealed and mailed to you.

Q & A:

I’ve never had a Reiki session before. What do I need to do to get ready?

Please make sure you are comfortable. Remove any jewelry &/or shoes. Then sit back and relax ready to receive the healing energy. Simply accept & be open to receiving and Reiki will do the rest. Many clients schedule their sessions around bedtime & wake up more refreshed. This is also due to how sensitive you are and willing to receive the healing energy. Need a later session than 10pm due to work schedules? Please ask to see if special time slots are still available.

Do I need to study or prep before my first session?

There is no studying you need to do to get ready for your first session. Just remove any jewelry &/or shoes. Make sure you are hydrated, drinking plenty of water before our session and have eaten a light meal. This does not mean to be hungry. But to eat what doesn’t weigh you down. Example: soup, salad, light sandwich or rolls/protein, ect.

What do I need to do after my sessions?

Drink plenty of water. And email any feedback, findings or something you noticed. This will better help for our future sessions! Many find quicker improvements with more frequent sessions. Ideally 3 sessions per a week. Of course whatever you are more comfortable with. Please honor that.

I’m super busy all the time. How does this work?

Distance Reiki sessions are held between 8pm - 10pm PST. This enables clients to mostly be home and winding down. You can be doing anything you wish, even sleeping. But you cannot be driving during our session. Together we will book an ideal time for your one session or for your weekly sessions. What if I want a daytime session? 

This can be arranged for a 25% preferential rate available only for our 1 hour or 90 min distance Reiki sessions not available for bundles. ($200 or  $300 per session) Please contact me for a special private listing for your sessions.

What if I wanted to gift someone a session?

What an amazing gift and thoughtful friend you are! Just put their first & last name & email in the note section. I will contact them and they will also receive the complementary 15 min zoom meeting to ensure a pleasant session. As well as a special sealed seed paper envelope that fits in the palm of their hands. This is the tool from their session sealed. It will be mailed to them after our session since it was a gifted session.  They can then plant it and it can grow on their journey. Instructions will be included which are printed on plantable seeded paper as well. Love the earth that holds us.
