Hi, I'm Mardi, the creator behind An Ornament to Remember. I craft personalized ornaments from my home in Charlotte, NC.
My ornament-making journey began with a family tradition: every Christmas Eve, I'd give my daughters (and later, my grandson) a handmade ornament capturing a special moment from that year. Our tree became a collection of memories, each ornament telling its own story.
These aren't just decorations - they're keepsakes. Each ornament features a name sparkling above a bed of stars, adorned with a bow. You can add a word, symbol, or year for extra personalization.
These ornaments celebrate life's milestones - from Christmas and weddings to a baby's first holiday or a memorable vacation. They're meticulously handcrafted with attention to detail.
It was my daughters who encouraged me to open this Etsy shop, believing others would appreciate these memory-keepers as much as we do.
Every piece I create is made with the same care as if it were for my own family. I'm grateful for the opportunity to help others preserve their special moments.

Shop Policies
Processing Days: Monday–Friday, Saturday, Sunday No Holidays Production times can be a day or two slower during peak volume time.
Processing time: 5-7 days.
The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the shipping carrier).
Processing time + Carrier transit time = Estimated Delivery Date
Return Policy: All personalized items are non refundable and non returnable so be sure to check all details before submitting your order.
Cancellation Policy: My shop accepts order cancellations within1 hour from placing the order.
The colors you see on the screen may slightly differ from what you receive in person.
What you see online is a close representation but may possibly vary based on monitor quality.
Very rarely an item will become damaged during shipping and arrive bent or broken. If this does happen please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to mail out a replacement.
