Bergamot, ho wood and sandalwood are added to the wick of a personal aromatherapy inhaler, for a relaxing blend to help you get your "calm" on. This combination is used by us often after a long day to help us wind down, or for those stressful moments during the day.
Bergamot is one of my favorites. I use it often for its skin soothing and relaxing properties. Its scent is a combination of citrus and floral aromas. It has powerful uplifting and relaxing properties and is often used to help treat tension, anxiety and depression.
Ho wood has a fresh, slightly sweet aroma. Ho Wood Oil contains up to 98% linalool and is one of the most potent sources of naturally occurring linalool found in any steam distilled essential oil. Ho Wood Oil is a "peaceful" oil. It is calming and is a good choice when needing to relax or unwind. It contains sedative properties due to its significant content of linalool. The high level of linalool makes it useful for stress related conditions. It helps to calm the nerves and encourage self esteem.
Sandalwood has a sweet, woody aroma. It is often used to aid meditation. It is calming and helps to instill a sense of inner peace. It is a good choice to try in cases of stress, depression or low self esteem. It can soothe nervous tension, calm hyperactivity and encourage sleep.
