As a mother of 4 active boys, I wanted to treat any bumps, strains, or illnesses more naturally. I turned to herbs and essential oils. The benefits of these amazing things have helped support our bodies during injury and illness.
After many hours spent studying and taking classes on the benefits of herbs, essential oils, and cosmetic making, I moved to replace our most common household products with more natural alternatives.
