This listing includes 1 wooden music box with the carving on pic 1 on it with your choice of color and song (from the list below)! Any further ideas, please contact me prior to purchase!
PERSONALIZE IT:
You can also request additional carving to the bottom of the box that can be up to 25 characters long. If you'd like to add something to the bottom of the box, just choose "w add'l engrave" option and please just leave me a note in the NOTE TO SELLER section!
Please check and then double check your personalization request! All engraving will be done exactly as you indicate on your order. All capitalization, or lack of, spelling, punctuation, abbreviations, numbers etc will be engraved just as you enter it.

And now I'm happy to announce that my CUSTOM SONG MUSIC BOXES are finally here! You can choose any songs and any engravings!
These custom music boxes are suitable for every occasions, you can give them as mother of the bride gifts, bridesmaids gift, flower girl or ring bearer gift. Great for christening, baptism or as baby shower gifts, big sister gifts, get well gifts, engagement and anniversary as well.
I also have small size ring boxes for your wedding day. These are available for personalizing as well! Suitable for engagements and anniversaries as well.
- WIND UP MUSIC BOXES:
These music boxes are small music boxes with the wind up key on the bottom of the wooden box.
You need to wind the key up first, then let it go and the music box will play part of the song over and over (for about 2 minutes). The music boxes approximately measure: (W x D x H): 3 in x 2 3/4 in x 1 3/4 in!

- LARGE MUSICAL JEWELRY BOXES:
This design is twice the size of my regular music boxes.
The dimensions are: (W x D x H): 5,5 in x 3,5 in x 2,5 in
(14 cm x 8,8 cm x 7 cm)
It has some space for jewelry or keepsakes. These musical jewelry boxes work with wind up musical movements only.
It has a divider in the middle of the box and 1 side is for jewelry and the other side has the wind up musical movement built in with the wind up key on the bottom. You need to wind it up from the bottom so it starts playing your song over and over.
- CUSTOM SONG MUSIC JEWELRY BOXES:

The musical movement is digital music player and it's built in the top of the musical jewelry box. You can send me the song of your choice with a youtube video and a link with a music sheet and I'll transform the song you pick into music box version.
The box has a built in light sensor, so the music starts playing when you open it and it will play for about 1 and a half minute. Then it stops and after about a minute break it starts playing again. Or you can just close the lid and open it again. It will need some direct light so you can't use it in a dark room.
It is battery operated.

Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for me! Please don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns you may have. I want you to love your purchase, and appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems/mistakes prior to receiving feedback!
Custom carved items are not returnable but if there is a problem I will work with you.
If you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation within 48 hours and please triple check the details so there are no mistakes! I'll use the confirmation details for creating your order! If I don't hear back from you, that means the specifications are correct and I start carving your wooden box!
All sales are final. Cancellations are not permitted (after payment has been made and supplies have been ordered). Because all of our items are custom made to order with your specifications, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
There are NO refunds or exchanges on personalized carved items that have been shipped. If you cancel an order before it has been made, you are only entitled to a 75% refund of the item price. This is to cover the cost of the design work already completed. If you cancel the order after the item has been processed, only shipping cost will be refunded.
If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 3 days.
No refunds or exchanges on International sales.
Simplycoolgifts takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items due to normal wear and tear.
PRODUCTION TIME:
The current production time is 2 weeks (this does not include shipping). And sorry, we spend our weekends with our family, so we don't work on the weekends! Emails coming in during the weekend will be answered on Monday. Thanks for understanding!
Custom designs will take additional time as designs are discussed, created and approved.
RUSH ORDER:
I do have a option where your music box will be shipped out in 5 Business days (not including the day you made the purchase). This requires your music box to be made on overtime and for that reason there is a fee of 15.00.
SHIPPING:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you checkout. I will send all shipments to this address.
Shipping rates include priority shipping in the US (2-3 business days), handling and packaging costs.
If you would like to upgrade the shipping with insurance please contact me and I will send you a separate Paypal invoice for the added services.
ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international packages will have a tracking number as well. Unfortunately, 1st class international tracking does not provide much information. It will generally make a record of the day the electronic label was printed, and perhaps the day that the package left the USA. Unfortunately, I cannot refund uninsured international orders that are lost in the mail!
The majority of international packages I ship arrive within two weeks.
Please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). You, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. I have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. I am not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities before purchasing from my shop. Thank you!
I use recycled packaging supplies whenever possible, and to save paper I do not commonly print a packing slip/ invoice with packages. You may print your invoice out from the website at any time. If you need to have a packing slip included with your order please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate.
