Essential Oils Holder, perfect organization for your oils.
Beautiful wine barrel staves are used to create these essential oil trays. These trays holds ten, 15ml or smaller oil bottles. These trays have the natural patina of the wine barrel, but are sealed for durability. A great way to display and organize your essential oils.

Each of these trays is made upon order. Oak Barrel Staves differ slightly in color, width and patina. All barrels are unique in color and size. Your tray will have a unique patina color and texture that gives it a beautiful rustic look. Each creation will be beautiful and unique!
I source my barrels from Northern California wineries. Straight out of wine country!
Barrels are unassembled by cutting the barrel bands off. This action reveals each barrel stave separately.
Staves are taken into the shop and if needed, white deposits from the wines are sanded off the inside to reveal the color of the wine stained interior. The same is done for the exterior of the barrel just enough clean up and to remove unwanted stains. I prefer a more rustic look so I let most of the natural patina shine through.
Each stave is marked for size and use depending on the product I am making. I cut or carve each stave into the desired design. Once I have the initial design together, I hand sand and apply lacquer or food safe oils to bring out the beauty of the wood grain and patinas. I cut and attach the barrel bands at the time of creation so they fit perfectly on whatever I happen to be making at the time. I use black wrought iron hand hammered style nails. These nails help set my designs apart, a small touch with a beautiful impact.
Each piece I create is unique even when using the same product design. The wine, patinas and winery use all come into play in the end. My vision along with what nature has provided lead me to my finished products.
Working in the wood shop is a fine day indeed. I am a retired master carpenter and wood worker.
I put a little bit of myself into everything I create. I have been creative all my life...well at least as long as I can remember. I have happily passed up opportunities to create wholesale products because I consider each order as a personal request. Nothing is mass produced. One item at a time, one day at a time. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

****Damaged Upon Deliver****
We package items for delivery carefully. If, however, an item is delivered damaged, we will require photos of the damaged item before a refund OR replacement can be given and/or claim is opened with USPS. We will work with you on this.
****Lost or Damaged in Transit****
Refund or replacement will be issued after USPS has declared the package lost or damaged, which can take up to 30 days (or more). We follow USPS rules for collecting insurance on damage done in transit. We will work with you on this. We are not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address provided by buyer.
Other than Custom orders or Sale items: NO worries! We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of sale. You must contact us first for return authorization. All returns must be in NEW undamaged, unworn, unaltered condition and shipped in appropriate packaging. Returns will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the return process.
We track our mailed packages on a daily basis to make sure we know immediately if items are off the target delivery date. We cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates. If a package appears lost we will do everything possible to help locate and get your package delivered. We have a good relationship with our local post office and they are often very helpful.
