This is a personalized Blended Family Tree of Life Sign for your home. This sign measures about 15” round and cut from 16 ga steel. This sign is powder coated a Matte Texture Black then a laser is used to engrave your personalized names onto the sign. The sign is then sealed with a matte clear powder coating.
Powder coating is a high-quality polymer resin finish electro-statically sprayed onto the sign. It is then cured in an oven at 400° where it melts the resin powder together. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. It's tough. It looks great. And it lasts a long, long time.
