Scarf Description: This scarf is made in a triangle pattern with the long end going around your neck, the long edge has the button, and the point has the buttonhole. It is made with yarns in pinks, dark red, and burgundy. This is a fun scarf that you can button up in the front, or on the side of your neck. This scarf also has crocheted fringe that I have hand knotted to ensure they do not ravel. The button on this scarf is an enameled coconut shell button.
Yarns: The yarns are acrylic and polyester. They are a burgundy yarn with flecks of blue green, and yellow. There is also a soft fluffy yarn in the colors of a dark burgundy, a lighter burgundy, a dark pink, and a dark red.
Measurements: The thin end which has the loop to button up the scarf is 2 inches wide. The longer edge that has the button is 14 1/2 inches wide. From the button loop or hole to the center of the button is 25 inches. The hand crocheted fringe is about 4 ½ inches long. This gives the scarf a wider look. The button is 2 inches in diameter.
Processing: This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days based on USPS holidays and Sundays.
Washing instructions: Wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Environment: This item was crafted in a smoke free and pet free home.
Packaging: My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.

And...yes, in the pic my readers do have the sticker showing the strength. I have them in different strengths throughout the house. I leave them on the readers so that if I happen on to an older pair with a lower strength, I can look at the sticker and not think I am going blind!
In this picture I am making dainty little necklaces and hair bows for my granddaughter. I make my jewelry in the formal dining room. My husband said we should not have bought a house with a formal living and dining room, because we do not use them. Well, I am using them now!!! I have foil down on my table to protect it...and it forms to the table so it worked well, and rubber gloves on so I do not burn my fingers while making the bows! Just in case you were wondering...my mouth is open cuz I am talking.
