Please remember this is a handmade shop - every item is carefully made by hand for you. I make, package, and ship every order myself, and I take great care to inspect each order before mailing to ensure you are receiving exactly what you ordered and that it is the very best quality.

Please read the description of your item you are wanting to purchase thoroughly, and reach out with any questions you may have. I do my best to photograph each item as accurately as possible and include every detail I can in the description. Although I do my very best, colors, sizes, and details may vary slightly from you see on your screen due to differences in screen resolution and quality, and each item is handmade and may vary slightly, in the arrangement of the pattern , for example, from what you are seeing in the listing picture.

Shipping Policy:

• Orders are shipping within 2-4 business days from when the order was received.

• All shipping is Ground Advantage. For faster shipping speed, upgrade to Priority at checkout.

• Shipping transit speed is determined by that postage you choose at checkout, and is determined by the US Postal Service.

• Estimated delivery times are exactly that - estimates. I have no control at what speed items are handled in transit by the USPS and cannot guarantee when your order will be delivered.

• All postal delays are out of my control and cannot be predicted, especially around high volume times of the year - November-December for the holidays, for example. If you are needing your order quickly, please be sure to place your order well ahead of the time you are needing it.

Returns Policy:

• Buyer has 14 days from date received to make any returns.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Cancellations Policy:

• Cancellations are only accepted before the item shipped.

• Buyer is responsible for cancellations in this timeframe.

FAQ

• Are shipping times guaranteed?

  • No - once I have shipped the item, the delivery transit time is out of my control. You will receive a tracking number to utilize and see where your package is with the US Postal Service.

• Can I get a return shipping label?

  • The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns. I don't provide return shipping labels unless the item was defective to begin with. Please read the description of the item thoroughly before purchasing to verify item specifics.

• How much will I be refunded?

  • If your item was damaged upon arrival, please reach out to me with photos of the item and packaging so that I can potentially file a claim with the post office. You will then be refunded in full for the amount that you paid once I have reviewed your photos.

• If I didn't get my package, can I get a refund?

  • If the package did not arrive but the post office marked it as delivered, you will need to reach out to the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake, they will have to help you get the package back. if it was delivered to your address, they will not be able to help.

  • In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you are unable to find it, I am unable to issue a refund. You will need to file a stolen mail report with the post office and contact your local police so they can track cases.

  • If the package wasn't delivered and the tracking doesn't show that it was received, please contact me and we can arrange a solution.
