Each wooden snowflake is painted, embellished with glitter and a faceted "jewel", then glued to a capiz shell disk. A glass bead and shell charm is added to the piece, along with a handmade ornament hook.

Meet the Maker
Charmaine, visual artist, photographer, and jewelry designer, began her creative journey by doodling the sides of her middle school notebooks and drawing portraits of her favorite celebrities from the photos in magazines. After a 40 year career in elementary and middle school education, Charmaine retired to spend time on her own art and two precious grandsons.
Her present work focuses on acrylic painting and mixed media experimentation, combining the traditional art materials of canvas, paint, and ink with photography, cyanotype print-making, rust printing, and collage. Her work is often inspired by the beauty of the natural world, by favorite quotes, and sometimes just by the materials on her worktable. All find their way into her art and jewelry designs, as she experiments with metals, paints, inks, and other art mediums, combining them with her photography, cyanotype prints, and even repurposed older artwork.

Shop Policies
PROCESSING TIME: Ready to ship items ship in 2-3 business days, M-F only, no weekends or holidays. Custom orders require additional processing time, usually 5-7 business days. All items are carefully packaged and shipped USPS with tracking.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: All orders included printed care instructions.
PACKAGING: All jewelry and ornament purchases include a gift bag and tag to make gift-giving easier. Artwork and notecards are placed between cardboard sheets to prevent creasing to the work or the matting (if such is included). All items are then placed in secure mailing envelopes or boxes and sent via USPS.
RETURN POLICY:
CUSTOM ORDERS and EARRINGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE! Should your custom order or earring purchase arrive damaged, please photograph the damaged product and notify Charmaine via email: charmaine@cboggsart.com. She will respond within 3-5 business days with instructions for the return or disposal of the damaged item. Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.
ALL OTHER RETURNS: Returns must be requested via email within 30 days of delivery via email: charmaine@cboggsart.com
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns should be packaged with the original packaging, placed in a secure box or mailer, and mailed via USPS priority mail to the return address that is provided by email.
REFUND POLICY: Once a returned item is received in resellable condition, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the item less shipping charges for the original purchase.
