About this Product
These adorable coasters come in a set of two and will make an excellent gift for weddings, bridal showers, Valentine's Day or add them to your own home. They are laser engraved and will hold any type of cup or glass. The back of the coaster is cork. They are a perfect gift of any occasion.

Meet the Maker
We are Darcy and Gina. We are the founders, promoters, laborers, designers and builders of
Our Dragonfly Studio.
Our Dragonfly Studio is our happy place. It is where we build and burn things. Where we create and where we teach. It is the space where we unwind, and it is the space where we get inspired and excited for new ideas and projects.
There is no simple answer to the question “What do you make in your shop?”
On any given day you might find me making a wooden bowl or a jewelry box. Gina might be laser etching a design onto a cutting board or designing tile markers for garden plants. We could be mixing paint or making up a batch of our cutting board conditioner. To us it doesn’t matter what project we are working on because we are happy being busy in our space.
Gina has had her hands in some form of artistic endeavor for a long time. She was an award-winning school photographer. She enjoyed the scrapbook craze back when it was all on paper but has now fully embraced the available digital technology. She has expanded her tech to include a high-end laser engraver and truly enjoys creating items with a personal touch. Her eye for detail and desire for a perfect product ensures very happy customers.
While we both share a love of photography our overall artistic preferences are uniquely our own. Gina prefers a perfectly round shaped bowl with no flaws. I would often choose one that has a rustic look to it. That may be why Gina will be found at the computer or hi-tech laser and I will be knee deep in saw dust and shavings at my lathe or outside with a chainsaw processing fallen trees into lumber for future projects. Almost all the wood we use in our shop is sourced locally near our home in Oregon.
In 2020 we expanded our studio space and built a classroom so we can offer classes to help others learn about what we do. Wood turning instruction for individuals or groups is available and it is possible to attend a class and leave with a finished product the same day.

Processing and Shipping: Please allow 3-5 days to complete your order if personalized.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order. Our Dragonfly Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by customs
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom made or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Bowls and cutting boards are measured to the nearest inch unless otherwise stated. Length on handled boards includes the handle.
For Cutting Boards:
We choose the most attractive board available to personalize and ship when the order is placed. Please remember you are choosing a style of board and wood species. Due to the varied nature of the wood medium the final product may not be exactly like the sample picture. Please feel free to contact us if you have a specific need.
