How it’s Made
All planners are made by printing the cover and interior pages, cutting and laminating the cover, cutting the pocket to size, and assembling with an aluminum coil.
Shop Policies
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Processing time DOES NOT include delivery time.
Delivery Time
We primarily use USPS for delivery. Orders over $250 will be shipped UPS and signature will be required for the delivery to be completed.
USPS First Class Ground mail is usually 3-7 days.
USPS Priority Mail is typically faster at 2-4 days.
USPS Expedited is Overnight-2 days (this option is only available through our Etsy store)

These delivery times are estimates. USPS can speed up or slow down these time frames at any time. Holidays, world events, and local events can affect your package delivery. Although we will try our best to ship as soon as possible, we are not responsible for late deliveries due to USPS delays.
Lost Packages
If USPS marks your package as lost, which will be shown within the tracking on their website, please reach out to us ASAP.
Stolen Packages
If USPS marks your package as delivered, however you do not see your package at the delivery location, be sure to check with neighbors and wait at least 24 hours, as delivery carriers are known to mark packages as delivered before they are actually delivered. Unfortunately, we can not assist with stolen packages, as the delivery is out of our hands and out of the hands of the post office once it hits your doorstep.
Essentially, we can only manage the order and its location until it leaves our office, however, we do understand that packages get lost, and we will work with you on a solution.

Refund policy
Due to all items being personalized and made to order, we have a no return policy. Unfortunately, there is no way that we can reuse/resell your item if it is returned since it will have your own personalization and/or custom print options.
Cancellation
Most orders start processing immediately (withing 1 hour), however, if you need to cancel for any reason at all, please contact us as soon as possible requesting a cancellation. Although we can not guarantee a cancellation, if your order has not been sent to printing, in most cases, it can be cancelled no problem. Once your order starts printing, we are not able to stop the production to cancel your order.
To request a cancellation, you can contact us at sales@checklistplanners.com or send us a message here on our website.
If your cancellation is accepted, we’ll reply to your email letting you know that your order has been refunded and it can take up to 7 business days from the refund day for your payment to be returned back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days has passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@checklistplanners.com so that we can verify that we completed the return on our end.
If it is too late for your order to be cancelled, we will reply to your email and let you know. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@checklistplanners.com.
Personalization Edits
If you have misspelled all or part of your personalization, please contact us immediately. Similar to a cancellation, we can only guarantee the personalization can be edited if your order has not started printing. Once it has started printing, we can not make any changes. Please check and re-check your personalization and options before submitting your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 100% of our products are personalized and/or custom made to the customers preferences. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Like returns, due to out products being personalized/customized, we can not except exchanges.
International Orders
For the time being, please visit us on Etsy to order International delivery. Visit us on Etsy at checklistplanners.etsy.com At this moment, we do not take international orders here on this platform.
European Union 14 Day Cooling off Period
Because of the EU laws that allow personalized items to be returned, we do not ship to the EU on our website or any other platform, such as Etsy, Amazon, etc. If you are in the EU and would like to order, we would suggest using a third party company or relative outside of the EU to order for you.
