-Towels are crafted with utmost care, ensuring premium quality.

-The towel itself is great quality with a white and red variegated striped, woven cotton by Better Home and Garden.
-Appliqué designs are hand cut and sewn using a sewing machine, not an embroidery machine. Each towel meticulously made.
-The holly leave edges are detailed stitched with white thread using a blanket stitch.
-The detailed berries are topped stitched using a triple stitch design also with white thread.
-The holly leaf fabric is a green fabric with dainty green holly leaves and red berries.
-The berry fabric is a solid cardinal red Kona Cotton.
-Each piece is unique and one of a kind. I designed each piece myself.
-Each is high quality construction. I have been sewing for 50 years and take great pride in my work.
-Towel measures approximately: 30 1/2" tall x 21" wide when laid flat.
-Machine wash in cool water.
-Tumble dry low heat.

I strive to get products out the door as soon as possible. If you are like me, once you order you are ready to receive your product.
Unless otherwise stated in the listing most items will ship within 2 - 5 business days.
I have no control over shipping time frames once it leaves my facility.
Most of ShilohMae products include free shipping unless noted otherwise in the individual listing.
Expect delays (because of the postal service) unless you purchase expedited /overnight shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
I pride myself in high quality handcrafted products. Yet, sometimes things happen. If you find an issue with your purchase please contact ShilohMae LLC within 7 days of receiving your product. Please use the email provided. I want you happy with your product.
If you are ordering a custom made product please make sure to purchase a fabric swatch(es) so you will know the color your item will be. Shades vary from in person to the computer image. Better to be safe than regretful later.
No refunds on custom orders or already made items.
No canceled orders after orders have been placed.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping expenses including postage, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.
