Welcome to by Brenda Designs' shop. All of our accessories are handmade with care and love especially for you. We really do hope that you like and enjoy our items. Should you have any question, or if you would like to order one of our designs in a custom color combination, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Processing Timeframe:
Unless stated otherwise, most of our designs have already been created and are ready to ship within 1 business day. Made to order and/or custom made orders may take an additional 2-4 days to create before shipping, depending on the item.
Returns and exchanges:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- I accept returns for defective merchandise only.
- Claims must be made within 14 days of shipment and item must be received by us within 30 days of original shipping.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted or processed for custom made orders.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted for regular orders, after 14 days of shipping, or on properly dispatched merchandise.
- Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, and I will gladly look for a way to help you.
- If a customer wants to make a return, shipping charges for said return will be covered by customer.
- In case of refunds, only cost of items will be refunded. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Cancellations:
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order, and we can surely work something out.
Shipping:
We ship via USPS Standard Mail. If you would like to receive your order faster, please contact us for a shipping quotation. Sorry, we only ship to USA and PR addresses.
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order, since we cannot be responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses we have been given.
