Each item is carefully handcrafted from premium quality Baltic birch. We utilize laser cutting and engraving to make and personalize your book and high-quality wood stains to add a beautiful color. Books with leather bindings are made using vegan-friendly faux leatherette. Each book is meticulously handcrafted with precision and fully customizable with your names, wedding date, or a special message, making it a true work of art that will capture your unique love story. The cover of the guest book or vow booklet is made of high quality solid Baltic birch wood. Leatherette bindings/covers are made using vegan-friendly faux leatherette. The images and text are laser engraved / cut into the wood, finished by hand and lightly sealed with an environmentally-friendly water-based sealant.

Choose the font style for the names/dates.
Choose the paper color for the inside of your books (For vow books, we recommend only ivory or white paper, but the choice is yours!) Vow books come with 20 sheets/40 pages. If you need more pages, please message us.
Choose the stain color for the wood.
Choose the color/style of the faux leatherette for the binding.

TO ORDER:
1. Choose your stain color for the wood.
2. Choose your paper type. Note: All vow books come with 20 sheets (40 pages).
3. Choose your faux leather color/style.
4. Choose the font style for your names/dates. If you have a specific font in mind, just let us know the name of the font and we may be able to use that font!
5. Send us a message after purchase with the names/dates/text you wish engraved on the front of the book - send us a message with any additional questions/instructions.
6. Want a different design? Send us your text, photo, or message.
7. A design mockup proof will be sent to you within 24 hours of order. Once you confirm the design, we will produce your book(s) and ship them within three to five business days via USPS mail.
Darker paper choices (black, burgundy, etc.) will come with one white-ink gel pen (two if you order two books). Lighter paper choices will come with one black-ink gel pen (two if you order two books).

Meet the Maker
I love creating - whether it is a gift item, a digital file, or creating a new recipe, I love to craft, create, and make others smile. My art and creations are created with love and a passion that is deep in my heart. I currently reside in Southern Texas with my wife and soul mate for over 20 years and our three dogs (Sadie, Georgia, and Holly Daye) and a bunny (Butterscotch).
Living close to the sugar sands of South Padre Island, Texas, we are able to incorporate real sand and shells that we have collected. We use the sand and shells in some of our resin projects (charcuterie boards, jewelry, etc.). Our laser-ready files are created using Lightburn and we include a variety of file formats that can be used with any laser engraver including XTool and Glowforge. Our sublimated items, such as badge reels, coasters, and mousepads are made right here in our home studio using high-quality materials and a heat press. We use an XTool S1 laser engraver to create our laser engraved/cut items including wedding items, bottle openers, coasters, and more.
We live in a beautiful area just north from South Padre Island in a quiet neighborhood. We have a large yard full of tropical plants including many varieties of banana trees and hibiscus. We love stepping out onto our back porch and into our private back yard into what we call "paradise."
We ship most items via USPS first-class or priority mail. Most items are ready for shipping in 1-3 days.

How it’s Made
Only high-quality premium materials are used such as Baltic Birch, Walnut, etc. and vegan leatherette (faux leather) in those products with leatherette accents.
Designs are created by WinterWolf Arts and cut/engraved in our home studio.
Shop Policies
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, all products are made to order and considered custom orders, which cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged in transit. Therefore, when placing a custom order, please check all spelling, grammar and information before submitting.
Some items, such as custom vinyl decals and laser-engraved wedding books will have a proof available. A "proof" means that we will send you a photo of what the item should look like (this is a mockup, not an actual photo) for you to approve fonts, text, spelling, etc. before we actually make the item for you. Most proofs are provided within 24 hours and must be approved by you within 24 hours after we send the proof to you.
Custom and Personalized Orders
No problem, I love custom orders! Any item in my store can be customized (maybe with some limits, depending on customization required). Just message me and we can work on a custom order together.
Shipping
All orders ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail based on weight.
Processing Time
While I attempt to get your order to you as soon as possible, please remember that all items are made to order. Each item is processed and shipped as the order is processed. However, I always attempt to ship within 3 to 5 days of receipt of your order.
Should you need your item sooner, please send me a message. I will do everything I can to work with you to get you your item on time.
