Meet the Maker
This little jewelry shop is in dedication and in honor of my late aunt Marie Crawford-Barbary and her son, my cousin, Shannon (Bo) Crawford. I never thought I could miss someone so much. This is my way to meaningfully honor her memory and to create a lasting legacy in her name. She dabbled in jewelry making, and I only found this out when I became the keeper of some of her most precious things when she passed. I found a crate with these weird little tools and a few packages of beads, and cord. That was it, that's all it took. With each piece I craft she will be in the forefront of my mind.

AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and BeauMaries’ Beadiful Artisan in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods.
By visiting my site and/or purchasing from me, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. BeauMaries’ online shop is hosted Go Imagine, Go Imagine provides BeauMaries’ with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my handcrafted products and services to you.
INFORMATION ON MY SITE
At BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan, I make every effort to ensure that my online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you, “the beadiful customer” the opportunity to view my pieces in full detail. Some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in photographs as the backgrounds are AI GENERATED, however the product is always authentically handmade by me, EJ. On my site, I will provide the measurement of each bracelet and necklace along with a general description of the materials used to craft each piece.

PROCESSING TIME
Ready-to-ship items will be dropped at the USPS office on Monday, Wednesday & Friday afternoons, and Saturday mornings. (If you are in a time crunch please contact me when placing your order.)
Custom orders will ship on the date agreed to when you place your order.
Any requested customization for "ready-to-ship items," such as earring or necklace color changes, will require an additional 1-2 maker days to the standard 3-4 days processing time. This will be discussed during the time of your order. No surprises. Up-front service!
CANCELLATIONS: Please contact me to request a cancellation prior the point of shipping. Once the postage has been acquired by USPS cancellation is not possible.
SHIPPING POLICIES
I ship with Shippo. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, may be refunded to the buyer by Shippo. BeauMaries' does NOT ship internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION - If a package is returned due to a undeliverable shipping address that was provided, you will be responsible for any return shipping cost and the re-delivery costs.
We can not be held responsible for order sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. I will mail to the address that is provided by Goimagine check out.
Lost Items: Once I have shipped an item I will track your order until it has been delivered. If you believe that there may be an issue and you have not received your package please contact me and I will be happy to help you. Please allow us the time and opportunity to resolve the issue with you.
***Please Be Aware: We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan’ guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business.
I want you to enjoy your beadiful items as much as I enjoy crafting them! If at any time, within 3 days after you receive your beadiful item(s), you are ever unhappy with your purchase, please contact me. Should your item arrive damaged - PLEASE contact me. As with all handmade artists, we put part of our heart in the beadiful item(s) you have purchased. The enjoyment of your purchase is paramount.
I will provide a return label link that can be printed out by the customer for any agreed upon return.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
1. Pre-approval: Any return for refunds are done only upon pre-approval. You must reach out to me within 3 days of receiving your order. Please do not return the item before we discuss all options.
2. Restocking fee: All returned items will incur a five (5%) percent restocking fee to help cover processing fees in the original order.
3. Correction: Once the ready-to-ship item has been returned to me in new or unused condition I will follow through on the terms we agreed upon.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. I will offer to cover return postage upon approval.
2. Custom orders are non-refundable. These items are thoroughly discussed and various pictures provided during the process and upon completion. It will only be shipped per your approval.
3. Earrings: For health reasons, I cannot restock earrings; therefore, earrings are non-refundable.
4. In transit loss or damage: BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please see Shippo’s Cover Policy Outline

Payments: Payment is expected at the time of your order. By processing through goimagine, all major credit cards are accepted.
Shipping and Handling Fees: All orders shipped will have a tracking number that will be provided to you once the label is created. Shipping fees on your order are considered ‘shipping AND handling.’ Please do not expect the postage on the product to be exactly what you paid. Any additional sum covers other expenses such as envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, tape, etc. If at any time you feel the ‘shipping and handling’ charge is excessive please contact me. I work very hard to remain reasonable in my charges.
***DELAYS IN RECEIVING ITEMS*** If you have not received your items within 15 DAYS OF SHIPPING please let me know. If your item is not received within 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING we will discuss refund or replacement options at that time. I understand when a customer pays for an order they expect - and rightfully - the order to be delivered as quickly as possible; however, once the package leaves my hands I have no control over the USPS system or your front porch. Please understand that giving the customer a full refund or replacing the item before exhausting all other options is difficult for any small business and your patience is greatly appreciated.
CHOKING WARNING AND DISCLOSURE:
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) does not recommend that infants wear or play with any jewelry. Suffocation is the leading cause of death for children under a year old and among the top five causes of death for children between the ages of 1 and 4.
In full and transparent disclosure please note that BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan (BBA) products are crafted with small parts, and are not intended for use by children under 5 years of age. Any use of BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan products should be with adult supervision only.

My products contain very small pieces, which could pose a choking hazard, as small parts may become loose.
This includes but is not limited to beads, clasps, tassels, etc. While my jewelry is created with safety and longevity in mind, no jewelry is unbreakable and these small components are considered a choking hazard. For children under 13, the jewelry is not intended for everyday wear. Make sure you take off all jewelry while one is bathing, swimming, and napping. By purchasing from BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan, you acknowledge full responsibility and agree to all items set forth. BeauMaries' Beadiful Artisan assumes no liability for injury, medical issues, or death resulting from product misuse. Supervision is required. Buyer assumes all responsibility.
