Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Funny Lovely Gifts. We appreciate your trust in our custom products. However, due to the custom nature of our items, we have a specific return and refund policy in place. Please review it below:

1. Returns: As our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier. If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered. If there is a problem with your order you must contact us within 3 Days of USPS delivery and the item must be returned within 14 Days of delivery to qualify for exchange. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. Returned items MUST BE in their original condition. We issue only one time exchange per eligible item.

2. Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order, such as changing the theme or items, you may do so only if your order has not been started yet. Please contact our as soon as possible to request any changes or cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate your request if it is within the timeframe allowed.

3. Custom Orders: Please understand that once you place a custom order, it cannot be cancelled or returned. It is crucial to double-check all details and specifications before confirming your order. When placing an order for custom items, please provide the desired delivery date. It is important to note that the delivery date should not be the same as the event date. If the provided delivery date is the same day as the event, we cannot guarantee that your items will arrive in time for the occasion. Therefore, we recommend selecting a delivery date that allows for sufficient time for production and shipping. Alternatively, payment can be made through Zelle, a secure payment method. If you prefer to use Zelle as your payment method, please contact us via email, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

4. Proof & Approval Policy: To ensure the accuracy and satisfaction of your custom items, we follow a proof and approval process. We take pride in sending a proof for your review and approval before proceeding with printing your order. This step allows for minor adjustments to be made, such as correcting spelling mistakes, making minor color changes, adjusting photo placement, adding or removing small design elements, or selecting a different font. Please note that major design changes may incur a design fee of $15 or more. These include completely changing the theme, replacing an already edited photo, altering the items requested, or requesting multiple design changes. Our goal is to deliver exactly what you envision, and we strive to accommodate these changes to the best of our abilities. We kindly request up to 72 hours for your approval. Should 72 hours pass without a response, the order will be shipped as is, based on the provided design proof. Therefore, please ensure to review the proof thoroughly and provide timely feedback to avoid any delays or misunderstandings.

5. Chargebacks: We value our customers' satisfaction and are committed to resolving any concerns or issues that may arise with your order. If you have any problems, we kindly ask that you reach out to us via email for prompt assistance. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we will work diligently to find amicable solutions to address your concerns. However, if you choose to file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, please be aware that it will result in your inability to shop with Funny Lovely Gifts by Tina Makes LLC in the future. Chargebacks can have a negative impact on our business, and we believe that open communication is the key to resolving any issues. Additionally, any fraudulent chargebacks will be met with appropriate legal action to protect our business and the interests of our honest customers.

6. FORCED RETURNS: What is a forced return? It's our policy & right not to accept returns, and by forcing a return, we have the right to refuse the return. If you refuse your package and it's sent back to us as “Refused/Return to Sender "or have repackaged and shipped it back to us on your own, it will be considered a forced return. Packages that are received in this form as well as “unknown recipient” or “unknown address” are regarded as a forced return. We will contact you, messenger to notify you of the returned package. You will have up to 14 business days to purchase a RESHIP label listing from our shop to receive the item back or ship to a new address. UNAUTHORIZED "FORCED RETURNS" ARE SUBJECT TO FULL LOSS.

Shipping policy

At Funny Lovely Gifts, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing: Our processing time will be 1-5 business days BEFORE shipment based on supply inventory and availability. We will ship your order (AFTER the processing time) by USPS instead of standard First Class (3-8 business days). You can always upgrade to Priority Mail or UPS (2-4 business days). 

2. Shipping Carrier Responsibility: Once your order has been handed over to the designated shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS), any damages or issues that occur during transit are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. As a result, we are unable to accept liability for any damages that may occur during shipping.

3. Damage Claims: In the event that you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask that you file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Please provide them with all relevant information and supporting documentation, including photographs of the damaged packaging and items, as this will assist them in processing your claim effectively. We will also be happy to assist you in any way possible during this process.

4. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Factors such as weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery timeline. However, rest assured that we will provide you with a tracking number for your order, which will allow you to track its progress and stay updated on its estimated delivery date. If your package is marked "Delivered", you will need to file a claim with your local post office. If the USPS cannot find it, you will need to file a loss or theft claim with the USPS and local law enforcement. Stolen mail is a crime and should be reported!

5. Shipping Methods and Tracking: We primarily ship orders using USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the destination and size of the package. Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can easily monitor the progress of your order through the shipping carrier's website. 6. International Shipping: For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on potential fees that may apply to your order.

7. HELP! I WRITE WRONG ADRESS AND NEED TO UPDATE IT. We can update your address! It is not necessary to cancel the order. Simply message us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll update it for us! Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to update the address and therefore cannot resend the item until it is returned to us. You can purchase a list of RESHIPPING labels from our store to send it to the correct address once we receive the returned package. Please double check your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
