Shop Policies
Processing Time: Items that are already made will be shipped out within 24 hrs. Personalized items that I need to make once you have ordered will take between 24 to 72 hours to make.
Return Policy: I do not accept returns of custom and personalized items. I accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

What happens if my order gets lost or delivered to the wrong address?
Unfortunately the USPS can lose or deliver mail to the wrong address. As frustrating as this is for both of us, I am not responsible for lost or miss delivered items. Please contact your post office if this happens to see if your package is able to be recovered.
