How it’s Made
My son and I prepare a high-quality sweatshirt for a Direct-to-Film (DTF) print. We start by designing the perfect design, which is printed onto a special film. The design is then coated with adhesive powder and cured. Once ready, they position the film onto the sweatshirt and apply heat using a press, transferring the image onto the fabric. The result is a vibrant, durable design that feels soft to the touch and stands up to wear, making the sweatshirt uniquely personal and high quality.
