Hi! I'm Trania, the Owner and Operator of Crafted by Foxxy. I am a first time small business owner, but a long time crafter. Crafted by Foxxy is a manifestation of a dream that I have had for many years. I love to create new works of art, and Crafted by Foxxy is my way of sharing my passion with the world. I currently make a variety of handcrafted items including; reusable home essentials and Holiday themed décor. I enjoy experimenting with new crafts and different forms of media, so my crafting skill set is bound to change in the future. Crafted by Foxxy (also referred to as craftedbyfoxxy.com, CBF, we, “site” and/or “website”) provides products and services subject to the terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read all terms of service carefully.
- Shipping and Local Pick-Up
Crafted by Foxxy offers shipping through the USPS. Ready to order items will be labeled as such. Items that are labeled Ready to order or “RTO” will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the date of your order.** Items labeled “MTO” are made to order. These items do not begin production until the customer has placed their order. MTO products require on average 10-15 business days to complete production. Customers will be given updates on their order’s status throughout the production process via email. Local Pick-Up is offered for residents of the CSRA only. Customers will be notified when their order(s) are ready for pick up via email. Local orders can be picked up from Crafted by Foxxy upon a pre-scheduled and agreed-upon appointment.
** Please expect delays in shipping if you order around Federal Holidays.**
2. Returns
Crafted by Foxxy offers returns on a case-by-case basis. Items damaged during shipping transit and items that do not perform according to their listed product description are eligible for returns within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt by the customer. Damaged items may be exchanged for an item of equal value or the customer may also opt to receive a refund for the value of their damaged item(s). Customer must provide evidence of damage within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of their order to begin the return process.
3. Custom Orders
Some products listed on the Crafted by Foxxy site have customization options. Items that offer customization will be described in detail in the “item description” portion of the item’s listing. Please be sure to check your spelling, sizing options, color choices, etc… before submitting your order. Crafted by Foxxy will contact the customer via email to confirm the details of the customer’s request. MTO items begin production after the customer has confirmed the details of their request. Refunds will not be issued if the customer fails to correct any issues in spelling, sizing options, color choices, etc… before confirming their order. Crafted by Foxxy holds the right to refuse custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that Crafted by Foxxy does not accept requests for vulgar and or offensive sayings, slogans, or images.
4. Item Discrepancies
While shopping please remember that Crafted by Foxxy is a small handmade business. Materials for items sold on the Crafted by Foxxy site are gathered from a variety of sources, then combined to create the listed items. Since items are produced by hand not machines, please be aware that some discrepancies may be present among Crafted by Foxxy products. We can not guarantee seamless perfection however, we aim to provide quality handmade products. If your items have serious defects or can not perform to the listed item descriptions please contact Craftedbyfoxxy@gmail.com.
5. Lost Packages
Crafted by Foxxy will provide customers with the tracking number associated with their shipment once the shipping label is secured. Customers can get updates on their package's progress using the USPS Package Tracking Tool. As shipping times have been longer than normal please check for updates on your package regularly. Crafted by Foxxy does not recognize a package as lost until your package has not been received after 30 days from the original mailing date. In the event that 30 days have passed and your package has still not been delivered please contact Craftedbyfoxxy@gmail.com. Crafted by Foxxy does not recognize packages that have been marked "Delivered" by the USPS as lost packages. In the event that a package is mailed back to Crafted by Foxxy as "Return to Sender", Crafted by Foxxy will attempt to contact the customer within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the returned package. If we are unable to receive a response from the customer it will be assumed that 1.) The package was returned intentionally, 2.) The customer does not want the package to be shipped again, 3.) The customer does not want a refund/exchange and/or store credit.
