Shirt Design: Hello Pumpkin
Made on a Bella+Canvas 3001 soft cotton shirt, that is made of premium knit cotton jersey. This shirt is a modern crew neck unisex shirt that is made with pre-shrunk 100% combed ring-spun cotton with 4.2oz and super soft 30 singles baby jersey knit. These shirts are super soft and highly durable.
Choose your choice in size from XS to 4XL and your choice of either solid colors or heather colors.
Be sure to choose your shirt color or it will be defaulted to white with black lettering.
You can even choose your vinyl color of choice.

Wash in cold water - preferably inside out
Tumble dry on low - do not dry on high as you risk damage to your image
Do not iron the front of the shirt as you will melt the image

Shirt will come with a care card.
Images are cut using a vinyl cutting machine. The imagine then has all access iron on vinyl removed from transfer carrier and is then positioned onto the shirt of choice. Image is pressed using a heat press until pattern is successfully adhered to the shirt. Once the image has cooled the shirt is then inspected for imperfections, once inspection is passed the shirt is folded onto a shirt board and packaged for shipping in a professional t-shirt bag to prevent shirt from shifting and wrinkling during transit.

I have been crafting all of my life. Having been born with a rare genetic condition, a brittle bones disease, I have dealt with many fractures and surgeries throughout my life. To pass the time healing and recuperating I would craft. My crafting consisted of mostly cross-stitch and crochet. In 2012 I had a pretty severe accident 4 days before Christmas which left me with a broken femur and a long road ahead of me. My amazing mother-in-law bought me my first sewing machine, which I was able to use from a wheelchair. I taught myself to sew. I started out with a small bag and the gratification I got seeing my creation come to life left me wanting to do more. I started making little baby quilts and more bags. I kept pushing myself to learn new patterns and I was hooked.
I started selling online in 2018 with the support from my mother-in-law who is also an avid crafter. She has always been my biggest fan and biggest support through this endeavor as well of course as my husband who has always been so supportive of my ideas. I started with a few items and slowly started to add more. I love making practical items that people will use for years to come.
I also love custom orders! Taking someone's vision and turning it into their reality is the best feeling in the world. So if you are looking for a custom item or see something in my shop that you want in a different color or pattern send me a message and we can work out a plan!
Items can be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
* Custom orders
* Items damaged due to improper use or care
* Items that show obvious signs of use
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without an email verification that we are accepting the return.
Items returned without verification email will not be processed for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 to 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note that once processed from our end the time to receive funds varies on the banking institution or credit card company.
If you have contacted your bank or credit card company and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping To return your product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for issues other than damage or defect.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days for non-custom orders. Custom orders dependent on the level of detail may take up to 2 weeks.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email if your processing time exceeds the above listed business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays while in the shipping carrier’s care.
Refunds will not be given if delays cause an extended delivery time frame as these are situations that are out of our control and cannot be predicted nor prevented once the order leaves our hands.
If an order is lost in transit you may file a claim with the chosen shipping carrier for package reimbursement.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Mel Dawn Designs ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Note that the tracking number can take 24 to 48 hours to initially update within the shipping carriers tracking software.
Mel Dawn Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
