The spark..... it all started when I was just a child with a Barbie & an old pair of jeans. My mother taught my sister & I how to turn our old clothes into handmade clothing for dolls. From that moment, my passion for creating was lit. That passion has been the driving force behind the KyElle brand.
Being a military family has provided us many opportunities. In 2013, KyElle Kreations came to life while we were stationed in Savannah, Ga. KyElle has since moved to DC & Fort Worth, Texas and now New Orleans, Louisiana. Each new location, has brought new adventures, cultures and inspiration. Inspiration we incorporate into new pieces. What started as only home decor wreaths, has developed into a variety of unique home accents for both indoor & outdoor use. Specializing in burlap & flannel, we love to transform the simplest of fabrics into whimsical & functional decor for your home. Whether you're looking for a new wreath or garden flag to welcome your friends and family, or a seasonal holiday gnome to add a touch of whimsy to your work or living space, you're sure to find the perfect piece you've been looking for!

Shipping
All items are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS from Louisiana zip 70448. (Additional shipping times will adjust during peak holiday times). As majority of our items are small like our gnomes & pumpkins, we utilize USPS First Class shipping for the most cost effective method for you. Our larger items such as our signs & tree skirts are shipped Priority shipping. All items are shipped with tracking.
Returns and exchange details
As majority of our items are made to order, exchanges will only be accepted on a case by case basis. Refunds will only be given on items received broken or damaged. If you receive an item that's damaged please contact me immediately so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible with shipping carrier.
Clear photos of packaging & broken item are required when making a claim for damaged items, please do not throw away any packaging or item(s) prior to claim acceptance as USPS may request to see them in person.

When ordering a customized piece, please ensure the wording/dates are spelled accurately. I create pieces based on exact information provided by the buyer. KyElle Kreations is not responsible for finished items made incorrectly, if the information sent by the buyer is incorrect.
