This beautiful Farmhouse Style Riser display stand is handmade in USA. We custom make all of our products in our studio, located in the Western Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina.

All of our designs are made when ordered, which will determine shipping time.

This hand crafted round riser tray is approximately 18 x 3 inches. White Riser Tray has a routed edge to accent the design, with 2" wooden ball feet. Each tray has been sanded, stained, hand painted and distressed to create a weathered antique look, then a coat of polycrylic is added to protect the wood finish.

Wood has different knots, grains, and imperfections, We hand pick all or our wood to provide the highest quality. No two pieces are ever alike, all our finishing is done by hand, therefore, the Tray you receive may vary slightly from the one shown in the listing photo.

**Decorations are for display only, not included with purchase of riser tray.

All of our wood products are made from new spruce or pine, from sustainably grown forests. We do not use any MDF, treated or pallet wood that can contain toxins.

Returns and exchange details

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept a return, please contact us within three days of receiving your order, so that we can work out a solution. If there was an error on our part, we will replace or send a return label, and refund total order cost when item is returned.
In the event an item is being returned due to NO fault of the seller, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and any refund will be less the original shipping charge.

The items must be in their original condition in order to receive a refund/replacement of any kind.

Orders generally ship in 3-5 days via USPS, however, we reserve the right to choose shipping carrier based on customer location and weight and size of your package.

We ship to the address provided at check-out. Please be sure to check the accuracy of the name and address provided.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after an order has shipped. If you experience a shipping problem, please contact us, and we will help to locate your package, and file a claim.

All of our shipments are insured - If an item is damaged in shipping, we will provide return shipping label, we require that customer take photos of the damaged item, and packaging. These photos are necessary to file insurance claim.

If an item that we have offered free shipping on, is lost or returned due to wrong address provided, any refund arranged will be less our shipping cost. If replacement is sent, customer is responsible for postage.

If your purchase should arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We will be happy to replace, we DO require photos of packaging and item damage - this is necessary for an insurance claim.
