About this Product
We love this dragon wind chime, fiercely guarding his hoard for all time. He is a wonderful housewarming gift, father's day or mother's day gift, an addition to any dragon collection, gift for gamers, geeks, and fans of fantasy. We have accented his chimes with fossil-like beads, hematite colors, crystal, glass beads and copper.
He is approximately 6 inches by 20 inches in size.
These chimes do very well in the garden or patio area, and have done very well in windy conditions. They have been out in consistent 35 mph winds with no damage. We show our chimes in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas, areas known for their windy conditions.
We also have customers who hang them in their homes in windows or in front of a fan or air duct.

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMES
Production time (the time it takes us to make your items) before shipping varies for each item. The production time for an item is posted in each item description. If your order includes items with differing production times, the longest production time in the order will apply. If you need an item shipped before the posted production time, please contact us to see if that will be possible. Shipping is USPS and shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process.

REFUND POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges in the event that your item has been damaged during shipment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To start a return, you can contact us at brockuscreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be made for your purchase price of the product(s) and applicable taxes, minus adjustment for damages if needed. Refunds will not be made for shipping fees.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
