Inspiration behind Crater Goods
Our story begins with the purchase of our first Rottweiler together (2016), Tyr. A beautiful young male Rottweiler pup, whom is full of energy and life. Life was not easy for our young pup, contracting and losing his brother to the parvo virus. Tyr was able to make a full recovery from his illness, and move forward with us to our next chapter of life.
This brings us to January 2017. With the decision to devote our life to the betterment of our chosen breed, we established Schaferhaus Rottweilers. With this decision we added two females to our growing family. Ice and Val, to amazing and gorgeous Rottweiler pups.
Each pup needs their own space to provide security, but we did not like the wire kennels. We found many businesses that made wooden kennels, but were limited on color choices, and the did not sell other home decor items that matched these kennels.
We have set out to create a place for customers to purchase quality wooden kennels, and matching home decor. We want our kennels to blend seamlessly into our customers homes and want to provide quality products to make that a viable option.
Most of our products either contain some form of customization, personalization, or the costs for the customers to ship back to us are fairly hefty. As such, we have decided to not accept returns at this time. If this changes, we will update these policies to reflect our decision.
Please note: any attempt to subvert our policies by shipping an unauthorized return will result in the item being refused and returned to the sender at the sender's cost.

Your item should be inspected upon receipt. Inspect all sides of the original packaging, all sides of the enclosed items. Upon inspection, if you find your item to be defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, immediately contact us at email@example.com to report the issue.
We reserve the right in determining the corrective action associated with any damages. As such, each damaged item report must be accompanied with photos of the item (all sides), photos of the original packaging (all sides), and must be received immediately when item is received. Items reported days, weeks, or months after the damage will not be issued any compensation.
We do not offer exchanges, especially on customized or personalized items. Please be very intent on what item you select to purchase due to this policy.
We offer refunds only after an item has been proven beyond repair due to shipping damages. Note, we stated shipping damages, damages to have been found to be caused by customer neglect or intentional damages will not be refunded. (Sad, we have to state this)
