Item was exactly as shown and shipped promptly. Packaging was great and the ornament arrived in perfect condition. My email was down so we had a communication issue that was 100% my fault. I purchased the hummingbird coasters are they beautiful. The colors are rich and vibrant. More so than the picture shows. Very well crafted, nicely packaged and fast shipping. Thank you!

These coasters are the cutest things and my best friend loves her’s!!! Trina was amazing and did a great job making sure I really liked my design!
I highly recommend using PresCtrtCreations! I ordered custom medical tags for a backpack and couldn't be happier with the outcome! I messaged her asking if she could accommodate what i needed and she messaged me back within an hour and did a mock up before I even purchased just to make sure it'swhat I needed. She also gave me different mock ups so I could choose the best one I wanted. They are very good quality, thick and sturdy. The leather tag it comes with is beautiful! I had given the wrong address in my delivery instructions and she personally got on the phone and sat on hold with the post office and got it delivered within hours! AMAZING customer service, she went above and beyond and I will be buying again from here!
They are a perfect gift !
