This vibrant and versatile blue agate necklace is handmade with agate nuggets in shades of blue that are wire wrapped with copper wire. It is adjustable in length from from 16 to 24 inches depending on where you place the front hook. So if you are wearing a turtle neck, you can make it a little longer by hooking closer to the end of the strand, if you have an open shirt collar and want a longer Y tail, you can hook closer to your neck. You can hook it on the last loop, turn the clasp to the back and have long wire wrapped beaded necklace without a Y tail. You can even wrap it around your wrist, hook it on the last loop and turn it into a bracelet with a dangle element (just make sure you tighten the hook). This blue agate necklace is season spanning.

How it’s Made
I made this necklace by wire wrapping the Blue Agate nuggets with strong 20 gauge Copper wire, added the last bead with wire wrapped Copper ball pin. Then I made the hook clasp with stronger 18 gauge Copper wire, and wire wrapped the last loop to the clasp. The clasp hook easily fits in the wire wrapped loops and can opened and tightened with a fingernail.
