Recently, I was inspired to create a pair of earrings based on a picture I saw of sail boats. their red, white and blue sales full of wind, floating across the water. I took that photograph and brought it to life in these fun earrings.
The large paisley swooshes are made with Vintaj brass and I feel they represent the curved lines of the sails perfectly. To represent the color of the water beneath the boats, I wire wrapped a series of Czech glass cathedral beads that are in a pretty color of aqua with copper accents. To pull in the red from the sales, the wire has a great hint of red.

Hello! I have been making beautiful handcrafted jewelry since 2006. In the last few years, I have added on to my creations with the addition of handmade cards and journals. I love to use nature as my inspiration and you will see the beautiful rural area in which I live expressed in many of my designs. And of course, they all have my signature touch of sparkle!

Hello! And thank you for working with Forest of Jewels! Below you will find a list of my business policies and practices. My goal is to give you great customer service with each purchase, so should you have any questions please feel free to contact me any time throughout the order process.
Shipping:
Forest of Jewels uses the USPS for all shipping. You have the choice of First Class or Priority Mail shipping on all orders. For Ready Made items it takes me 2-3 days to inspect your piece, package it for shipping and get it to the post office since I have rural mail. Once your item arrives at the post office, I am no longer responsible for lost or misdelivered mail. You will be provided with a tracking number by email that you can track your item as it makes its way to you.
Custom Orders:
I am happy to work with you to create your one-of-a-kind piece or to create a collection of wedding jewelry for your entire bridal party. At the time of a custom order, I will require a 50% deposit. Final payment will be required at the time your piece is completed, prior to shipping. Custom pieces can not be returned.
Adjustments and Re-sizing:
Some of my ready made pieces are able to have adjustments made to them. I am happy to add an extender chain on necklaces that can have one attached, change fish hook earrings for lever backs, or take out a few links of chain on bracelets or necklaces. Please ask and if it is possible, I will be happy to do so. Most adjustments can be made free of charge.
Returns:
Custom orders and earrings are not returnable unless damaged.
On damaged orders, please contact me with information about the damage and I will provide you with a return shipping label to send the item back to me. If the item can be repaired I will be happy to do so and re-ship to you. If it can not be, a refund will be given once the item arrives back to me.
Other returns (except for custom orders and earrings) are accepted within 14 days of your order if the item is in new, unworn condition. Return shipping will be at your expense.
CPSC Notice:
In accordance with CPSC regulations concerning lead content in children's jewelry, all products sold through Forest of Jewels are not intended to be used by children under the age of 15.
