Our White Topaz and Aquamarine pendant is made with a 9x6mm pear cut Topaz gemstone set in Sterling Silver. We added genuine Aquamarine for the accent stone. Everyday necklace perfect for casual wear or an evening out. Stones are natural and untreated  mined in Brazil. Comes in a gift box with a bow ready for gift giving.


Topaz belongs to the aluminum silicate group of minerals. Topaz grows into large crystals and the value is determined by its color, not the carat weight. Ancient Greeks believed Topaz gave them strength. During the middle ages, it was thought topaz could break magic spells. Today Topaz is called a soothing stone that heals and re-centers its wearer. Often referred to as the stone of "building bridges", it facilitates compassion and communication.

Shipping:

We have Free Shipping for all orders $35.00 and over

All orders ship within 1-3 business days.  Custom orders may take additional time.

First Class takes 3-5 business days. Priority takes 1-3 days. These are estimates. We are not responsible for delays in delivery.

We do add tracking on all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Just reach out to let us know if you are having problems with your delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: In cases where you may have entered an incorrect address please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the changes before shipping your item. If the item ships to the wrong address, it can take quite some time to come back to us. We will notify you when the item comes back and send you a link to purchase another shipping label with the correct address. 

Please always check that the address you entered is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address.


Returns and Exchanges:

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at LindasJewerlyShop@comcast.net to let us know. Items are to be returned in their original condition unworn and unused in the original box. For returns please notify us within 7 days and return the jewelry within 14 days. The buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders
This includes custom size ring settings.

We do not take returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.


Repairs and Replacements

Sometimes things happen, like pulling on an earring while combing your hair....or little ones that tug on a necklace chain. Please let us know if you need a repair. We do charge a fee to cover the costs of missing or damaged parts necessary for the repair. If we no longer carry the supplies to repair your jewelry (for instance we may be out of a particular gemstone), we will try to work with you to find a solution. Please return the entire jewelry piece, even broken pieces. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. 


Refunds:

We issue refunds for jewelry items returned in their original condition minus the shipping costs within 1-3 business days.


Earring Returns:
We do not provide refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

 

Returning and Exchanging Items:

We do require that  you to contact us first before returning any items. Please place the jewelry in the box it came in, and place the box along with all items included in the packaging in a bubble envelope. That will protect the jewelry during shipping. We always advise to add tracking to your package because we cannot be responsible for items lost with returns and exchanges, and tracking will help us locate the package.

Custom Orders:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders because these are not items we can re-sell. This does include custom ring sizes because we cannot return/exchange the settings.  


Damaged Items:

If any item arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right..
