Cuff bracelet outside measures roughly 2.76 {inner 2.55} in x 2.09 in. This cuff is sightly adjustable {adjustments should be made minimally and carefully} to allow for ease of wearing and removing of cuff. **I strongly recommend measuring your own hand and wrist prior to purchase to be certain how this would fit and look on your own wrist.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in damage, discoloration or tarnish.

I design and make all the handmade pieces myself, always. I personally answer all of your requests, messages, comments, etc.  I handle all of my own finances.  I package and ship out all of my own pieces after making them.  I take ALL of my own product photos and write all of the descriptions, policies, etc in my shop that you see. I design my own logos and websites.  I manage and handle all of my social media accounts for Constant Baubling, too! PHEW.

Your jewelry is handmade, delicate and requires special care. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with any moisture, perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, etc. and store in a dry cool environment. 

I have much confidence that if the above are adhered to carefully and without exception, that you will be happy with your piece. Failure to follow these, will result in discoloration, wear/loss of the plating on your piece, or bending/breaking/damaging of your piece. ***I cannot be responsible for damage, discoloration or wear to a piece once a piece has been used/handled/worn. 


IT DIDN'T WORK OUT; CAN I RETURN IT?

EARRINGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE SAFETY.

CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE non-RETURNABLE

as I would be likely unable to resell such a specific item. This includes, but is not limited to, item requests such as: shorten chain, lengthen chain, different metal type or finish, ANY item that is personalized and/or hand stamped with a letter(s) or number(s) you chose, etc.

IMPULSE BUYS: Since many of us are guilty of "impulse buys" and not carefully reading the descriptions and sizes/measurements of things we order online, I may accept returns of NON-CUSTOM/unused/unworn jewelry (not earrings) only IF in original condition / packaging and IF I am contacted within *3* DAYS of delivery date (given by your online USPS tracking).  Shipment MUST then be postmarked within *7* DAYS of your original delivery date to be accepted.  

RETURN SHIPPING: BUYER is responsible for return shipping. I will refund the item price upon its safe arrival back to me and and my approved inspection. Original shipping will NOT be refunded.  If your original purchase qualified for FREE SHIPPING, your return will have a $4.90 shipping fee deducted to cover the initial shipping cost I incurred.


APPROVED RETURNS

Other returns are not guaranteed to be approved, and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me only here on GoImagine.com WITHIN 3 days of USPS online noted delivery. If return is approved, you must then have the return package postmarked/shipped back within 7 days of your original USPS online delivery date.


For return consideration, all items must be: 
- brand new
- unworn
- in exact original condition w/ all original packaging, cards, boxes, bags etc.


INCORRECT OR OUTDATED SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is a buyer's responsibility to make sure they have entered the correct mailing address for their order here (AND on Paypal if you used it to pay). Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing that an address is old / incorrect / etc. Packages that are mis-sent due to an incorrect address given by buyer will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense only; and this can only occur once I have the mis-sent package back in my possession.

Tracking & Time Frames: Shipping transit times are an estimate and I do NOT guarantee those time frames, as they are NOT guaranteed by the USPS.  Tracking is provided by me for most U.S. orders and is a useful tool, but should not solely be relied on as definitive whereabouts of your package, due to USPS error / lack of input / accuracy.

International Tracking: Tracking while your package is still in the U.S. is generally shown, but is limited or sometimes non-existent in your own country due to your postal system's choice of handling international packages.
