My name is Anastasia and I am the owner, designer and maker behind Avaneska Knitwear shop. Avaneska Knitwear is a collection of cozy knit accessories for men and women of any style and age, designed and hand knit in ABQ, New Mexico. I named my brand as a homage to my Russian roots where the hand knit craft has been passed down through generations of women in her family.

My designs combine versatility and common European style. I put my heart into every little stitch and I prefer a free-hand approach rather than patterns, as I do not use them to create my items. I strive to provide the best quality and stand behind every item I make. I hope you enjoy wearing my accessories as much as I enjoy making them for you.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items will be very well packaged and sent in new condition.

All products are shipped from the United States of America, NEW MEXICO STATE.

All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) by default, unless buyer chose another shipping service during checkout. Orders that have been qualified for Free Shipping discount are going to be shipped via USPS First Class Mail shipping method.

If you ordered during a holiday, or on a long holiday weekend (Such as Labor Day), your order may take an extra two days for processing in addition to the normal processing time.

Delivery time for USA customers:

- Most orders will get delivered within 3-7 business days from the date in which it was shipped. Please refer to the shipping provider for delivery schedules on weekends. - There will be no deliveries on holidays or Sundays. - Domestic shipping cost includes tracking information.

Delivery time for INTERNATIONAL customers:

- Delivery time for international customers 2-6 weeks, depending on your local customs, weather, distance, and other factors. Please see USPS.COM for estimated delivery times. - Package tracking may or may not be available in your country. - Although you may receive your package sooner, it is not uncommon for it to take 6 or more weeks for delivery. We do ship packages very timely, so this is solely based on distance and local factors of your country. - International shipping cost includes tracking ID. - In the event when you've provided us with the wrong shipping address, and your package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.

Shipment Delays/Missing Package

In a rare event, when you notice that your package is being delayed, missing tracking information or arrived damaged, please feel free to contact me any time. I will be happy to help contacting USPS and do my best to try to resolve the issue.

International Customs Duties & Fees

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

NOTE: Please understand that we are not responsible for any damage or package loss occur by postal or shipment services.

SPECIAL NOTE: Once packages are accepted and in the care and hands of the USPS, any delays will be the responsibility of the Post Office.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Because most of the items are "made-to-order" I do not accept returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY

I do accept exchanges.

To exchange your item(s), simply follow these steps:

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

All International sales are final. Avaneska Knitwear does not accept International exchanges.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM:

  • Contact me via email or live chat and let me know the exchange reason and which product(s) would you like in exchange for your original purchase.
  • Send me the items in perfect condition, packed using the original packing material.
  • Item(s) ordered for exchange must be in stock. In case the items are out of stock, I will process the exchange order only once the item(s) are back in stock and available.
  • I will email you once your exchange order has been processed at my end and shipped to you. This exchange policy does not cover items that have been accidentally damaged by you, the customer.

To return your product, we will email you a paid shipping label with detailed instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of the paid return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

NOTE: Items returned to Avaneska Knitwear that are not in new, unused condition and/or have a perfume odor - are not eligible for an Exchange and will be returned to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged a $7.00 return shipping fee.

REFUND POLICY

  • Current processing time for any refund is 7 business days.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
  • All shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition

Free Shipping Events

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping discount will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail Shipping Method. Free Shipping discount is not applicable to previous purchases.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders will be shipped out within 3-7 business days after order placement, but please refer to each listing's description for more information. If you need to receive your item sooner, please contact me before placing order.

HOLIDAY SEASON PROCESSING TIME

Holiday Season (November and December months) is the busiest time of the year for small businesses as well as USPS. Because of the enormous volume of orders processing and delivery times may take additional 3-5 business days.

CUT OFF DATES FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS

USA - Dec,1st; International - Nov, 25th.

This means all orders placed after cut off dates are not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas and most likely will take longer to process. This does not apply to "READY TO SHIP" items.
