** Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, this is becoming more common. Once a package is successfully delivered to you as recorded by the tracking number of the shipment, we are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep or mail locker.

**Wrong Address: It is your responsibility to make sure you have entered the correct address as your shipping address. If you enter the wrong address, you may email us to correct it, however, we often have very quick order processing, so your order may have already shipped. Packages which are returned to us for an incorrect address will have the order cancelled and we will refund the cost of the products. The shipping costs will not be refunded as that cost has already been incurred in the original shipment attempt.
