About this Product

My favorite simple peasant-style bodice, with a half circle skirt attached. The skirt is pleated for fullness and is short in the front and gracefully curves to a longer back. The simple bodice is unboned except for the front near the eyelets, and the back curves back away to allow for the low back and hips. This allows for a fantastically comfortable fit while still being sleek and slimming--and the tighter you lace it, the more cleavage you get!

This one is made of a sky blue polyester with a pretty floral motif in the weave. The front edges and straps are trimmed with a variegated light blue braid that beautifully sets off the color and lines of the garment. It can be dressed up or down, as a pretty peasant outfit with a simple blouse and skirt, or as an elegant princess style with a more detailed blouse with puffed sleeves. It can be a great LARP or ren faire costume, cosplay, or even historybounding!

Intended for a full bust of 38-42", the waist laces closed at 28".

Machine wash warm in a garment bag, tumble dry low or dry in the sun if you can.

Dragons Den Gaming

Meet the Maker

We are Dragons Den Gaming based in Barberton Ohio and we love games and gamers! Our brick and mortar store is dedicated to trading card games and table top RPGs, and we are create in-house costumes, props, and boffer weapons for the local LARP that we run. We love playing, and we want to share that love with other gamers like us, and create all the garb and boffers that any adventurer could need. We pour ourselves into the things we create, and we build to last! Leah has a background in theatrical costume design and thinks of costumes as "clothes for someone else": they should last a long time, and be as unique as the character. She rarely makes the same thing twice! Chris is a mechanical engineer and has put his years of crafting boffers to good use. His latex boffers can be custom made to suit just about any vision, and frequently sport a crush tip, which is a rare feat for latex boffers!

Let's all get together and play some games!

How it’s Made

The fabric is a remnant from our local family-owned fabric shop, which is located just down the street from us. The fabric can't be reordered, so this skirted bodice is the only one made in these materials.

This was stitched on a vintage Singer 400W1.
