Each of our personalized lake signs is handcrafted out of the highest quality components. Our lake house decor is hand cut, painted and finished with art grade varnish to ensure your custom wall hanging will last for years.

Custom Order Policy
All custom orders (excluding Anchors, Mermaid Tails and Ornaments) will receive a design proof 48 hours from the time of purchase. Your actual piece will be hand painted on wood, this design proof is to check colors, spelling, dates and layout. Purchases include 3 revisions of this proof. Revisions beyond 3 will result in additional charges. The customer will need to approve a final design before I start painting. Once the final proof is approved, please allow about 2 weeks to create your custom piece from scratch. We then ship USPS priority mail, which usually takes 2-3 days in the US.
We take photos of our work. Images of our work are owned by Designed Signs and can be used for marketing purposes. If you need a faster turn around time, please let us know so we can adjust our work flow. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Thank you!
