Party Time, Excellent is a vibrant neon topper with medium sized neon dots in yellow, pink, green, orange, purple and blue. You can wear this topper over any cream to instantly add some extra pizazz to your manicure!
Photos show one coat of this topper over four of my cream polishes; Wisteria Whimsy, Dreaming in Lilac, Vacation Dreams and Mojito Mint. If you want more glitter, two coats should do the trick.
Note: These glitters are on the larger side, so I suggest using short brush strokes to make sure you get glitters evenly dispersed across the nail.
