About this Product

Meet "Oh No Orange" Jack, the pumpkin who’s more about fun than fright! "I’m not scared—you’re scared!" Jack likes to say as cute, fuzzy spiders drop by to wish him a Happy Halloween. While some pumpkins get carved, roasted, or baked into pies, Jack prefers to simply hang out and spread some lighthearted spooky cheer. Whether he’s decorating your table, mantle, or office, Jack brings the spirit of Halloween in a fun, festive way—no tricks, just treats! At his core, he’s just a big, felted vegetable, ready to make your Halloween celebrations a little brighter and a lot more fun! Jack is made out of wool dyed orange and stabbed into shape with barbed needles. He is 10" high from bottom to top and 6" wide and round.

Please note, not intended as a play thing for pets or children.

Meet the Maker

Looking for something truly unique to give your cherished friend or relative? Something enchanting that brings a smile or evokes a cherished memory? Good Feathers offers one-of-a-kind, handmade woolen sculptures created through the art of needle felting. Each piece is crafted with 100% organic wool, made responsibly, with love and care. Give a gift that embodies warmth and individuality, perfect for anyone who appreciates the beauty of artisan craftsmanship.

Eco-I am a passionate felt artist who brings whimsical worlds to life through the enchanting craft of needle felting. Specializing in a unique style I call "realistic fantasy," I blend tangible craftsmanship with wishful imagination, creating one-of-a-kind woolen friends many with their own personal stories. My creations often feature intricate details like ribbons, sparkles, organic pieces, and discarded trinkets, making each piece a true work of art. Whether it's sweet mice having tea in the garden or thoughtful birds engaging in deep conversation, my felted figures invite you into a magical realm where fantasy meets reality.

How it’s Made

I lovingly handcraft each whimsical little creature, aiming to blend lifelike detail with a playful twist. Imagine them as realistic animals with just a touch of mischief! Most start with a tiny wire armature as their skeleton, which I then carefully wrap in wool, sculpting and shaping them through needle felting until they come to life, with soft, wooly "feathers" to complete the look. The wool I use is sourced from sheep grazing on farms across America, England, and Canada, adding a touch of international flair to each piece. Tiny beaks and hooves are either sculpted from clay and hand-painted or felted from wool, finished with a delicate beeswax coating. While these felted sculptures are crafted with joy and meant to bring smiles, they’re intended for display only—best kept out of the reach of curious little hands and paws.
