These are hand cut- which means that borders and string holes are not going to be perfect. That is the beauty of handmade! Buyer understands this prior to purchase and refunds will not be given for this reason.

I always ship first class mail which will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package. Once the package is picked up from USPS it’s out of my control and I am not responsible for lost, delayed or missing packages. I will not offer refunds for lost packages, you will need to contact the USPS. However, I will do everything I can to resolve any issues that may arise. Please contact me with any concerns.
