Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
I gladly accept returns and exchanges*. Contact me within 24 hours of receipt via email with your intent to return or exchange item, including the reason why.
Item must be in the same condition (unused) as when it was shipped to you for full refund.
Item must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost/insurance cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for loss of value.
*I do not accept returns or exchanges on Pebble Pictures or Framed Poems. If there is an issue, please email me. If there is damage due to shipment, I will need a picture of the damage. Please do not remove pictures from frames as embellishments are delicate.
I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase via email request.
Shipping
Items I make are ready to be shipped. Process time to mail item is less than 3 days. Once items leaves my hands, it becomes property of the USPS. Due to seasonal shipping issues with USPS, please keep in mind delays.

**Jewelry and stone art pieces can be fragile and should be handled as such. The stones and sea glass were once a part of nature, so there will be some flaws which only add to the beauty of the piece.
