Shipping and Returns:

I only ship to US addresses and do not ship outside of the United States. I personally handle every order and carefully inspect each item before shipping it out. If you have any issues with your order, please feel free to contact me at wagsandwigglesboutique@gmail.com.

Shipping Policy:

  • All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days from when the order was received.

  • All Free Shipping is Ground Advantage only.

  • Shipping transit speed is determined by the USPS Postal Service.

  • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are just estimates and are not guaranteed. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend upgrading to our 1-2 day Priority Express shipping option at checkout.

  • Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the Post Office, not when the order is placed. This means that the estimated delivery date may vary based on when the package is shipped.

Return Policy:

  • All returns must be sent back within 5 business days of my agreeing to the return. Please make sure to adhere to this timeline to avoid any delays in processing your return.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect that wasn't detected when I sent the order.

Are Shipping Times Guaranteed?

Unfortunately have no control over shipping time estimates provided by the post office. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, so please take this into account when placing your order. Once a package is marked as delivered, I have very limited control over the information that I can obtain from the post office. If you encounter any issues with a delivery, I recommend reaching out to your local post office for the most up-to-date information.

Can I Get A Return Shipping Label?

You are responsible for the return postage on all returns. Return shipping labels will only be provided if the item is defective to begin with. Before making a purchase, we kindly ask that you read the description of the item to verify sizes and quantities.

How Much Will I Be Refunded?

For items that were shipped free, any returns or exchanges will have the actual post office cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount, unless the item was received damaged. To verify the damage, I will need to receive photos of the item and packaging so that I can potentially file a claim with the post office.

I Didn't Get My Package, Can I Get A Refund?

If you did not receive your package, I recommend contacting the post office to locate where the package was delivered. They have GPS on their scanners and can determine the exact address of delivery. If it was a mistake on their end, they will assist in retrieving the package. However, if it was delivered to your address, they may not be able to provide further assistance.

In cases where a package has been delivered but cannot be found, I am unable to provide a refund.

I recommend that you file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police department to track cases and investigate any patterns of mail theft in your area.
