I don't accept returns or exchanges

Returns and exchange details
Items must be returned within 7 days as long as return is agreed upon by the seller. The buyer must return item(s) to the seller at the buyers expense and a delivery confirmation number must be given to the seller . No refunds or exchanges are given unless the purchased item is returned and in the same condition as received back to the seller. Also, return is based on if the buyer obtains postal insurance through the shipping company. If postal insurance is not purchased we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
If wrong item receive customer will be reimbursed for return or provided a return label. Refund or Replacement will not be given till return is received back to Heartfelt Giver from customer.
Items lost or damaged through USPS that are insured... refunds will be made through USPS.com and not Heartfelt Giver.
If return is due a refund... refunds will be the price of item minus free shipping.

The handmade items in this shop are custom made upon ordering. No stock is kept by us. Wood does have flaws, such as but not limited to, knots, dings, gashes etc. The item you receive may look different from the one in the listing photo.
We do accept custom requests. If you have a word phrase or design that you would like to see on wood or glass, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with your custom request.
Wood items are not sealed due the chemical reaction it has with the vinyl..... No sealers or any other chemicals or cleaners can be used on the signs because they too do not react properly with the paint or vinyl. If outdoor signs are damage in any way and the wood is exposed... the seal created by the primer and paint will be broken and could lead to paint damage.
Returns are required in order to obtain a refund or exchange. No Exceptions.
Customer receiving wrong items will be given a return label. Wrong items must be returned within 7 business days in the same condition as received in order to receive the replacement item or a refund. Any returns that are not the fault of Heartfelt Giver or its agents or employees are at the expense of the buyer. Insurance is not included in the price of shipping and if not requested by the buyer and paid for by the buyer we are not responsible for any lost or items received damaged. All lost and/or damage claims will have to be processed through USPS or UPS and the refunds will be processed through the shipping company and not through Heartfelt Giver, its agents or employees.
