ABOUT TURKISH TOWELS

Turkish towels are 100% organic cotton hand loomed in Turkey.
Lightweight and eco friendly.
Turkish cotton is all natural and free from chemicals and harmful dyes.
Turkish cotton towels dry faster than regular towels. They are highly absorbent and because they dry faster they do not have a musty or foul smell.
You can actually just hang them up to dry or dry on low heat only.
Turkish towels will also become softer and more absorbent after every wash.
Turkish towels also take up less space which makes for a minimalist lifestyle and great if don’t have a large closet area for towels.
Each hand towel is 17inches x 35 inches approximately without the fringes. ***ALL TOWELS ARE BLACK DIAMOND DESIGN WITH BEIGE FRINGE. It may look more white in some of the photos, but the fringe and the stripe in the middle of the towel is an off-white beige color*** Please allow for minor differences in the edges of the towels and slight difference in length as these are handmade on a authentic loom and not made by a machine.

HOW TO ORDER

1.Choose how many hand towel you would like
2.Choose your monogram style (If you just want a name please do NOT choose a monogram option)
3.Choose the thread color for your monogram (or name)
4.Please fill out the personalization box to include the initials you want embroidered on your towel. (or the name you want embroidered. PLEASE WRITE THE LETTERS AS YOU WANT THEM MONOGRAMED !!
Please use the personalization to explain any details such as with the “Stacked” monogram you can write something like “ ABC ….. A goes above the B on the left side and C is the large letter on the right”
Explain clearly. If I have questions, I will reach out to you, but if I’m not sure, then I won’t start embroidering until I hear back from you and this could delay your order. Please keep an eye on your e-mail inbox for any emails from me!

Order processing usually takes 2-5 days and may take a day or two longer around holidays. We ship from Texas and we ship within the US only at this time.
Once I drop your package off at my local USPS I do not have any control over how long the shipping takes. Please allow for bad weather and holiday rushes.

Meet the Maker
Thank you for visiting our shop. Bernie and I are delighted you decided to stop by. My name is Mechelle and Bernie is my Yorkiepoo sidekick.
Bernie and I live in the country in the deep woods of east Texas. We live in a one bedroom cozy cabin underneath large oak trees and very tall pine trees filled with thousands of birds, squirrels and the occasional adorable raccoon.
I’m definitely an animal lover and being in the country I get to see a lot of wildlife. I would consider myself lucky to be able to say that.
I also enjoy making things for family, and doing projects around my little cabin. It’s not always easy living in the woods tho. I do love the peacefulness and solitude it brings, but there will always be a part of me that still enjoys connecting with other people.
So, it just made sense to me to fill that lack of connection with an online shop. A small shop gives me the opportunity to still interact with people and do things for others.
I know a lot of makers and artisans love their alone time and I’m no different. Living almost an hour away from busy highways and bustling businesses has its perks but, it’s also nice to know that someone somewhere is anxiously awaiting for something to arrive in their mailbox that I made just for them. That’s a very gratifying feeling that makes that hour long drive to the post office that much more enjoyable.

How it’s Made
Turkish towels are handmade on a loom with 100% organic cotton. We take these soft, absorbent, beautiful kitchen towels and embroider your name or initials on them. Turkish towels are eco friendly and free of chemicals and harmful dyes. A natural minimalist alternative to regular towels that take up lots of space and take forever to dry.
