Personalized serving tray with set of 4 engraved wine glasses. Perfect gift for Weddings, Anniversary, New Home, Couples or Christmas!
The tray is made of birch plywood, engraved with your split letter monogram and flourishes on both sides of the tray. Laser cut parts are glued and assembled with care then finished inside and out with clear lacquer. The engravings are deeply engraved and dark. The tray is available as a stand alone item as well - see my other listings.
The wine glasses are 20 oz glasses with the same split letter monogram engraved on them. We then laser cut foam to form-fit the glasses for safe packaging - which also looks wonderful when the gift recipient first opens the box!
Our shipping packaging includes a heavy duty white box which also presents very well during unwrapping, or simply put a bow around it! The white box is then placed in larger box for additional protection. We worked hard on this for you and want it to present well to your recipient, but also get there without any damage!

Meet the Maker
Would you believe my shop began with mealworms? During covid it seemed impossible to source mealworms for my ducks and chickens, so I started growing my own. Harvesting and sorting the mealworms was a time consuming task, but I found a smart system that used different sized 'filter' slots cut into acrylic. They had to be very precise and I learned the ones I was using were cut with a laser. I looked into the laser machines and immediately became inspired as to what they can do. It wasn't long before I took the plunge and bought my own machine. Laser Inspired was born! Countless hours of practice and trying all sorts of different combinations of materials, settings and functions, have honed my skills. Now its time to put this baby to work! I push the limits of my machine to achieve extraordinary results (being a perfectionist helps too!).
Currently I operate a CO2 laser that has the capability to cut and engrave nearly any non-metallic material. Shop Policies
Typical Sequence of an Order:
1. Place your order. Make sure to reach out if you have any special requests or questions. I will respond very quickly.
2. I will begin working on your item(s) and for most items, I will send you a digital mockup of your item to verify everything looks good. Your prompt responses are critical for timely production.
3. Actual production can take 1-4 days depending on the product. Many of my products have finish that gets applied after engraving which can take a couple days of drying/curing to be strong enough to package and ship. Please note the production time mentioned in the item description.
4. I package and ship your item(s) using the most efficient and cost effective means possible. Most of the time that is USPS Ground advantage which takes 2-5 days. Other shipping methods are available, select the appropriate one at checkout.
5. After you have received your item please leave a positive review with photos.
Mock-up/Changes Policy (where applicable)
Every item I produce requires a certain amount of design time and I have calculated the minimum amount of time necessary into each item's cost. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and the mockup process will insure that. Once you have accepted the mockup, no further changes can be made. I have to limit the number of mockups that I send in order to remain profitable and for most items that is 1 mockup and 1 revision. If you want to tweak the design or make additional changes beyond that there may be additional fees.
Returns/Refunds
Most items I produce are personalized and I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom items. However, if your item arrives damaged and there is no sign of mishandling by the shipping company, I will make it right. I know how rough packages can be treated and I tend to over-protect my products for shipping. Damage as a result of the shipping company will require photographic proof of the item and the packaging in order to submit a claim to the shipper. This claim is submitted by you to the shipping company but I am happy to help any way that I can.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please let me know immediately, and I will take any appropriate actions to rectify the situation either by replacement or refund.
