Welcome to OwlMingo Designs, LLC!
I'm Heather, the founder and creative force behind our small business based in McCordsville, IN. I am a Nurse Practitioner by day, and a creator by night! My journey with OwlMingo Designs began from a deep-seated passion for creating beautiful, handcrafted items.
People often ask me, "Did YOU make all of this??" The answer is a resounding yes! Every piece you see is crafted by me, with the invaluable guidance and support of my incredible parents. They have been my greatest teachers, always ready to answer my endless questions, listen my countless ideas, and help turn my wildest creative dreams into reality. I am also incredibly fortunate to have my husband, Jeremiah, as my partner and one of my biggest supporters.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to share my passion with you through OwlMingo Designs, LLC. Each product line carries a piece of my heart, and I am excited to showcase not just the creations, but also the stories and inspiration behind them.

Shop Policies
Shipping policy
Orders will be securely packaged and shipped to you.
Our items are handmade, and we will strive to have everything shipped out in a timely manner 7-15 days.
Special orders and/or personalized items may take longer to ship due to nature of the item.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or loss of packages by shipping company. You will need to contact shipper.
If you do not receive your order, please contact us and we may be able to assist in filing a claim.
Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at owlmingodesigns@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at owlmingodesigns@yahoo.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or personalized products.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchange requests.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at owlmingodesigns@yahoo.com.
