About this Product

It's almost that time of year when the kids are excited to go out with their friends on Halloween to Trick-Or-Treat! Why not make it extra special this year and gift them with their very own reusable Halloween-themed Trick-Or-Treat Tote Bag that they can use year after year!

These tote bags will hold a lot of tricks and treats! They measure approximately 14" wide x 10" high and 5" deep.

The exterior fabric and lining are sewn with 100% cotton fabric and polyester thread for extra strength.

The exterior fabric has everyone's favorite Peanuts characters on a purple background. The lining fabric is orange with black polka dots.

Shop Policies

SHIPPING & RETURNS:

I make, package and ship every order myself, and I take great care to inspect each order before mailing to make sure that it is exactly what was ordered.

SHIPPING POLICY:

·        All orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days from when the order was received.

·        Orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. For faster shipping, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout.

·        The amount of time it takes for you to receive your package is determined by the shipping method you choose at checkout, and by the US Post Office.·       

·        The delivery time starts when the package is handed off to the Post Office, not when your order is placed.

·        All postal delays are out of my control and cannot be predicted. Please place your order in advance of when you need the items.

 

RETURN POLICY:

·        Please contact me within 48 hours of when you receive the package if there is a problem with the order. I do not accept returns if you've changed your mind,

·        All returns must be sent back to me within 5 business days after I have agreed to accept the return.

·        The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless there was a physical defect that was not detected prior to shipping.

·        Damage to an item that was caused by the customer is not a reason to return the item.

·        If an item was shipped with free shipping, the actual Post Office cost of the original shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

·        Please feel free to contact me before purchasing an item if you have any questions about returns.

·        Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized items.

FAQS:

ARE SHIPPING TIMES GUARANTEED?

No.  Those are out of my control.  Please take USPS shipping time into account when you order. The USPS doesn’t guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can, I have no control over the date that a package will arrive.  Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office, I have very little control over the information that I can get from them.  If you have a problem with a delivery, please check with your local post office, since they’ll have the most updated information.

CAN I GET A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?

The customer is responsible for postage on all returns.  I do not provide return shipping labels unless the item was defective to begin with.  Please read the item description before making your selections.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE REFUNDED?

For items that shipped free, any returns or exchanges will have the actual USPS cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount except in the case of items that were received damaged.  To verify damage, photos of the damaged items and packaging will need to be sent to me so that I can potentially file a claim with the USPS.

I DIDN’T GET MY PACKAGE, CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you didn’t get the package, but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left.  They have GPS on their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to.  If they made a mistake, they will have to help you get the package back.  If the package was delivered to your address, they won’t be able to help you.

In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you can’t find it, I am unable to refund.  You should file a stolen mail report with your local post office and police department so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft.  Please contact me if this is your situation so that I know what is going on.

If the package wasn’t delivered and the tracking doesn’t show that it was received, please contact me and I’ll arrange a solution.
