About this Product
This bracelet is simple, but elegant. I hand forged/hand crafted it using silversmithing techniques such as sawing, filing, and soldering, etc. This bracelet is made from 3 mm wide sterling silver wire with the ends soldered together. Inside the bezel made of sterling silver wire and sheet metal sits a turquoise colored fused glass cab. The bracelet is approx 2-1/2" in diameter and has an approx 7-1/2" circumference. The bracelet has been work-hardened and polished in a tumbler.
To measure your wrist for fit, scrunch your hand as if you were putting on a bangle bracelet and then use a measuring tape. Wrap the measuring tape around your knuckles including your thumb and measure the circumference of your hand. This gives the widest measurement around your hand, as the bracelet will need to fit over your knuckles.
I cut and fuse all the glass products that I sell in a kiln, in my studio (a makeshift section of our garage). Each one is made of multiple layers of glass and is kiln annealed for strength. No glass cab will be exactly the same which gives each a unique touch.
Please note, it is hard to get good pictures of the fused glass. The color of this glass is much more vivid than the pictures show.

Meet the Maker
I live in the Pacific Northwest and have a love of family & friends, coffee, and creativity. At a young age I was inspired to be creative by a very special Grandma. She taught me to knit, crochet, and sew. Eventually I gravitated toward other crafts. I remember the first day I walked into a bead store. I was in heaven looking at all the different shapes and colors. I started making jewelry as a hobby and was often giving it as gifts to family and friends. I also made a lot of my own jewelry since my nickel allergy makes it difficult for me to wear a lot of the jewelry found in the stores. Over the years I have built up a wide variety of skills designing jewelry with fused glass and raw metals. It amazes me how pieces of glass can go into the kiln looking rough and come out beautiful.
I take care to make sure each piece of jewelry is well-made and strive to exceed customer expectations. I live in the Pacific Northwest and have a love of family & friends, coffee, and creativity.
