About this Product
Scarf Description: This scarf is in the shape of a triangle. The size and shape is like a mini shawl. I have placed a wooden button at the ends of the triangle so that the scarf can be buttoned. I have pictures of the scarf wrapped once around the neck, and another showing twice around the neck. This is a variegated yarn that is in the colors of yellow, light orange, a bright orange, olive green, and blue. When I look at the scarf, the colors I see first are the orange then the yellow. The scarf shawl is then trimmed in a purple eyelash yarn that changes from light purple to dark purple. The button is a dark brown wood button with a white flower design. The buttonhole can be any hole large enough for the button. There are several and this can change the drape of the scarf. There are larger holes around the edge, but testing, the button also fits through the smaller holes in the scarf.
Yarn: The yarn is an acrylic yarn. The eyelash is acrylic and polyester.
Measurements: The scarf is 54 inches long and 29 inches wide from the center neck to the longest point. The button sits in about 3 inches from the scarf point edge. You can use any hole to place the button.
Processing: This item is a finished product. My processing time takes 1-3 days based on USPS holidays and Sundays.
Washing instructions: Hand wash in cool soapy water. Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap. Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside. Then press out the excess water. Then lay the scarf flat to dry. Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.
Environment: This item was crafted in a smoke free and pet free home.
Packaging: My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope. If it is one of my larger items I will use a box. The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet. Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff. The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.
Color: Colors may vary based on the difference in electronic devices.

Meet the Maker
Thank you for stopping by! My name is Terri. I love to make jewelry, and I will make jewelry out of most anything! I have been crocheting since I was six and love combining yarns for a unique texture and look. If you have been to my shop before, be sure to sort by newly listed so you can see my new additions. Let me know if you have any questions on my items.
And...yes, in the pic my readers do have the sticker showing the strength. I have them in different strengths throughout the house. I leave them on the readers so that if I happen on to an older pair with a lower strength, I can look at the sticker and not think I am going blind!
In this picture I am making dainty little necklaces and hair bows for my granddaughter. I make my jewelry in the formal dining room. My husband said we should not have bought a house with a formal living and dining room, because we do not use them. Well, I am using them now!!! I have foil down on my table to protect it...and it forms to the table so it worked well, and rubber gloves on so I do not burn my fingers while making the bows! Just in case you were wondering...my mouth is open cuz I am talking.
