Fully jointed 18" teddybear. Made of a soft minky but with a tummy pieced with vintage fabric scraps. Her collar is made from a crocheted doily & she wears a fabric bow. Her features are embroidered on & the jointing is internal, so no small parts. She'd make a great addition to any room and she isn't delicate. I love her sweet vintage look. I live by the sea & love anything sea or nautical inspired. And love to rescue, reuse & upcycle denim & other sustainable fabrics. I'm loving creating "re-threads".
I am grandmother to 5, they call me "The Mim" (short for Memere which is French). They call themselves designers and actually have great ideas for my new "makes". I've been sewing dolls & bears off & on since my own kids were little. Custom to me means more than just putting a name on something and I've come up with some pretty unique items because of it.
