How it’s Made
I started with cleaning up a piece of walnut and put it in a mold.
I mixed up some epoxy and tinted it with a black pigment and after it cured I removed it from the mold.
I proceeded to plane it flat, cut to size, rout the edges, and sanded to smooth. I finished with a spray on finish.
