Nice restroom signs for your home or business. This is a set of 2. These signs come in two sizes, 12" tall and 16" tall. They come Powder Coated matte texture black and can also be ordered rusted. The rusted version is chemically aged/rusted and NOT SEALED. Rusted signs are made to look old, aged and vary in appearance. We do not control the outcome of the rusted look by manipulating it. Some of them have run marks, some the edges are frayed. Please understand this when ordering a rusted sign.
I am offering this sign in two different thickness's of metal. A 16 ga (.060) and a 12 ga (.109). Both signs are rigid, however the 12 ga is more then twice as thick as the 16 ga and gives the sign a 3d beefy look.
Powder coating is a high-quality polymer resin finish electro-statically sprayed onto the sign. It is then cured in an oven at 400° where it melts the resin powder together. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. It's tough. It looks great. And it lasts a long, long time.

How it’s Made
These are cut on a CNC machine from 16 gauge steel. They are sanded on both sides then powder coated or rusted depending on the version you pick. The powder coated finish is placed in an over and backed at 400 degrees. They permanently melts the powder to the metal making it extremely durable and resistant to outdoor weather. The rusted version is chemically rusted.
