Stunning pearl and turquoise necklace. Frosty white freshwater coin pearls highlighted with beautiful soft green turquoise rondelles from the Campitos mine in Sonora, Mexico. Two elements combined in a color block design with surprisingly primitive excitement. Wonderful gift jewelry.
The pearls are 8.5mm in diameter; the turquoise is approximately 5mm. Fourteen and one-half inches of pearls and turquoise are attached to a sparkling sterling silver diamond-cut rollo chain and secured with a sterling trigger clasp at 24 inches - long enough to wear over sweaters and turtlenecks.

Meet the Maker
After spending my days working with computer programs, I love to spend time working materials with my hands in my studio in upstate New York. I've been hand-crafting jewelry for about 15 years, working primarily with gemstones, pearls, and precious metals. I enjoy the mechanics of putting beautiful components together - and sometimes being surprised with the results.
